Pregnancy
Pregnancy is the time for a couple to prepare for their new roles. From our experience, as midwives, during pregnancy and birth, we believe that yoga classes offer an excellent method for the pregnant woman to prepare for birth and help her body and mind enjoy her 9-month pregnancy.
In Sadhana we have organised a group of theory lessons to offer all the information necessary for pregnancy and labour. The couples can attend all lessons or choose the ones that interest them. For all information needed contact us by e-mail or telephone.
